Maison & Objet, first annual meeting in Paris for decoration professionals
From 18 to 22 January, Paris hosts the first of the annual editions of Maison&Objet, the essential international fair for all decoration professionals. Its different rooms and scheduled activities will reveal next year’s spring-summer trends. With 9 pavilions that represent 135,000m2 in the Paris Nord Villepinte exhibition grounds. The Maison&Objet fair presents the latest trends for the house under four great concepts such as luxury, design, decoration and accessories.
Maison&Objet is a wide constellation encompassing six exhibition proposals: MAISON&OBJET, Sc.nes d’intérieur, Now! design, MAISON&OBJET éditeurs, MAISON&OBJET, MAISON&OBJET Outdoor_Indoor, Craft, L’espace métiers d’art and Meuble Paris.
The Maison & Object fair is an event with a unique and exclusive quality, where great international designers launch their first annual collections.
This year Ralph Lauren Home has chosen Maison&Objet to celebrate its 30th anniversary. Rosita Missoni will be present to support the release of the latest Missoni Home collections. Not forgetting the presence of firms such as Kenzo Maison, Fendi Casa or Roberto Cavalli for Orla Kiely.
In this edition, next season’s trend observatory will be embodied in Vivant (singularity), creating an environment that wants to recover a more harmonious way of life, forming a universe of bio-inspired objects.
Now! design, for its part, will pay homage to one of the most celebrated creative duos of 2012: the designers Edward Barber & Jay Osgerby.
Maison&Object 2013 will bring together more than 3,000 international exhibitors who will present its offer to more than 85,000 professional visitors and 3,500 journalists from more than a hundred countries. Can you resist?
