ECOCHIC

Barasona Design and Communication designs spaces and furniture with an ecochic spirit, giving a second and luxurious life to waste that was already thought useless. Recycling but glamorous, so is the ecochic philosophy, also called upcycling or super-recycling, which converts residual materials into valuable and refined pieces.

PAPER FOLDS IN THE LIVING ROOM. Recycling is a process of maximum care that can bring functional and very beautiful pieces to our lives, and that is reflected in the result of this room where cardboard and paper reign.

DULCES DREAMS DEAR ANDAMIO. This scaffold will not fall asleep forever: converted into a large four-poster bed 1.50 meters wide by 2 long and 2 high, this scaffold is recycled, recyclable and reusable.

THE FOREST WELCOMES US. The grandeur of the hall is not only in its careful design, and it is that the surface that welcomes is made with formwork planks that have been sanded and painted by Carmen Barasona, sweetening it and giving it brushes of elegance as if it were a canvas.

A BATHROOM OF PATTERNS AND COLOR. Tasquerated and protected with natural varnishes to repel water, the old pallet wood has some walls and forms a piece of furniture under a sink. It is the RomanticIst Industrial Washbasin, present at Casa Decor Barcelona 2008 and presented to the Design Awards for Recycling of the Generalitat de Catalunya 2009.
