The ninth edition of Millesime Madrid,held last 16, 17, 18 and 19 June 2015, paid tribute to the different views and mergers of the best gastronomy under the name El Circus. A reflection of the world’s cuisines exposed from a scoundrel, different and grandiose point of view.

Carmen Barasona, CEO of Barasona Design and Communication,conceptualized the lounge of the Affligem brewery, betting on an avant-garde design that unites contemporary art and gastronomy with eclecticism and sensitivity, to delight body and mind.

Through geometric shapes and the strength of colors, a world of sensations was created that evoked discovery and delicacy. A project where contemporary art is expressed by making a nod to the aesthetics of Mexico, guest country of this edition.
