Ramonsoler’s Pure Water awarded the German Design Award 2026

The kitchen faucet with integrated filter and magnetic return seduces the jury with its combination of design, ergonomics and sustainability.

The ramonsoler Pure Water kitchen faucet has been recognised with the German Design Award 2026, in the category Excellent Product Design. The jury has valued its minimalist aesthetics, advanced user experience and its contribution to responsible water consumption.

International Design Award.-

The German Design Awards are the German Design Council’s international benchmark award, and since 2012 they have recognised the impact of design on a global level. The program distinguishes, among others, the categories Excellent Product Design, Excellent Communications Design and Excellent Architecture, with different levels of recognition evaluated by an international jury of experts.

A recognition of design and technology.-

Ramonsoler’s Pure Water receives the award for a set of innovations that combine aesthetics and functionality: it incorporates a pull-out shower with magnetic return – a neodymium magnet gently guides it into position – and a filtering system integrated into the spout that removes contaminants and solids, offering high-quality water for consumption and significantly reducing the consumption of plastics from bottled water. Its ergonomics are reinforced by a high spout made of natural rubber with 360° rotation, which provides the necessary flexibility to handle large utensils and prepare food comfortably, while the side mixer allows intuitive control of flow and temperature in a set of clean lines and balanced proportions.

Trendy finishes and maximum resistance.-

Pure Water is offered, on the one hand, in timeless chrome plating with Ramonsoler’s exclusive Diamond Finish, which provides maximum shine and outstanding resistance to wear and corrosion; and, on the other hand, in Ramonsoler’s Quality Finish range – matt black applied by electrostatic coating on galvanised, and brushed nickel and copper made with PVD technology – a selection of exclusive finishes that provide surfaces of high hardness and stable colour, with results up to 10 times more resistant than chrome according to certified salt spray test. Its solid and contemporary aesthetic harmonizes with marble or granite countertops and with the latest trend coatings.

Sustainability that is noticeable.-

Thanks to its integrated filtration system, ramonsoler’s Pure Water delivers high-purity water directly from the tap, significantly reducing the use of single-use plastics and thus the environmental footprint. Its durability-oriented design simplifies maintenance and extends service life. By having purified water at home, bottles and carafe bottles are eliminated: a family of four can consume up to 700 bottles a year, a volume that this tap helps to avoid.
